Changing the credit card that you are billed on

To change or update the information about the credit card you are billed on, you will have to do it through your customer hub interface.

Once logged in with your e-mail address and password, please follow these instructions :

• On the left, click on Finances
• Click on Billing preferences
• Click on the link Add or replace credit card for automatic withdrawal
  • You must not forget to send us the necessary form in order to authorize automatic withdrawal - the form is available at the bottom of the page.
