To change or update the information about the credit card you are billed on, you will have to do it through your customer hub interface.
Once logged in with your e-mail address and password, please follow these instructions :
- On the left, click on Finances
- Click on Billing preferences
- Click on the link Add or replace credit card for automatic withdrawal
- You must not forget to send us the necessary form in order to authorize automatic withdrawal - the form is available at the bottom of the page.
